PROJECT MANAGER (COAL GETTING & HAULING) and HRD OFFICER SITE (GENERALIST) PT. Bamas Sejahtera

To Support Growth Company, PT. Bamas Sejahtera, Heavy Equipment Rental & Mining Service with project location in di Sangasanga, Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan, opening the opportunity to Professional Candidat for position :
  1. PROJECT MANAGER (COAL GETTING & HAULING) PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATION :
• Male, age 35 – 45 years old
• Bachelor degree in mining or similar role from reputable university
• Minimum 10 years experiences that include 5 years experiences in a managerial position at mining contractor company.
• Having Comprehensive knowledge in mining management principles, practices and project evaluation
• Successful track record
• Excellent managerial and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, mediation & negotiation skills
• Good soft skill, high motivation, problem solving, work ability under pressure either as a team leader, initiative & proactive, hardworking, disciplined, results oriented
• Holder a POM (Minimum) / POU (Preferred) Mining Indonesia Competency Certificate
• Computer literate (Mine Software, Ms.Office & Ms. Project or other Project Management Apps)
• Able to communicate in English
• Applicants must be willing to work in East Kalimantan and Around Indonesia.
  2. HRD OFFICER SITE (GENERALIST) PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATION :
• Male / Female, Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum Diploma from related discipline, form Psychology or Law are preferable
• Minimum 3 years experiences
• Having good knowledge about manpower regulation an HR Function area
• Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills
• Computer literate (Minimum Ms.Office & familiar with Internet)
• Applicants must be willing to work in East Kalimantan and Around Indonesia
