  Eng. (A) Projects Coordination Undertakes coordination activities for all capital and expense (MMW / Revenue) projects of the refinery, handled in-house or by Projects department. Receives, reviews and distributes various documents and other correspondence such as Vendor Data Books, Invitation to Bidders (ITB), Piping Plan Drawings, Tie-in Drawings, Instrument & Electrical Documents / Drawings, Plot Plans, Waiver / Change Request, Project Completion Acceptance Certificates, Operating Manuals and Process Data Sheets etc. to appropriate user department / divisions for their information / comments / action.
Compiles and prepares Spare Parts Interchangeability Reports (SPIRs) for equipment installed under various projects and takes Item Set-up Request (ISR) Committee approval before forwarding to Projects department.
Arranges meetings among various users department / divisions of the refinery, Projects department & contractors etc., as instructed.
Education Details :
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Industrial / Electronics / Instrumentations Engineering or equivalent.
Related Work Experience (type and years)
6 years’ experience in the field of project design, execution and monitoring in refinery or petrochemical industries.
Language skills :
Good Knowledge of English.
Others
Familiar with the use of software related to projects coordination and monitoring activities. associate areas of which at least 2 years should be in supervisory capacity.
  Senior Supervisor, Mechanical Construction The special Skill and Experience required as follows :
1. Diploma in relevant Engineering Discipline
2. 15 years minimum industrial Experience
3. 5 years experience in similar position
