Sales Officer (SO)
Requirements
Male, max age 30 years old as of 28 February 2014
Minimum education D3
At least 1 year of experience in selling banking products, especially in the field of micro banking
Having a driving license and own motorcycle (attached proof of ownership)
Able to work with the target system
Relationship Officer (RO)
Requirements
Male, max age 30 years old as of 28 February 2014
Minimum education D3
At least 1 year of experience in selling banking products, especially in the field of micro banking

Unit Head (UH)
Requirements
Male, max age 40 years old as of 28 February 2014
Minimum education S1
Experienced in banking and has the ability to analyze micro-credit or micro-financing and collateral valuation
Experienced working in the banking sector led the unit min. 1 year, and or experience as a credit officer for at least 2 years and preferably from micro banking
Having a driving license and own motorcycle (attached proof of ownership)
Able to work with the target system
Mikro Area Manager (MAM)
Requirements
Male, Maximum age 40 years as of February 28, 2014
Minimum education S1
Experienced in banking micro min. 4 years
Experienced working in the banking sector led the unit min. 2 years and preferably from micro banking
Having SIM A
Able to work with the target system
