Job Description
• Manage the core businesses for the base operation in a safe and profitable manner consistent with company policies and district requirements.
• Directs operational activities throughout business units to ensure the profitability of operations in Indonesia. Administers operations in such a way that will ensure District, Regional and Corporate values are achieved.
Desired Skills & Experience
• Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering or relevant discipline
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory/ managerial experiences in Operations
• 10 years field service in company core business line
• Deep knowledge of oilfield product and services.
• Excellent organization, time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good English verbal communication and written skills
