PT Shaftindo Energi - Recruitment Project Manager, Accounting, Marketing Oil and Gas and Geothermal S1 Experienced January 2014


We are one of the National Contractor Has A Contract with the Company’s Oil and Gas and Geothermal Both Offshore and Onshore such as Java Sea, Natuna, Sampang Madura, Sumatra, Aceh and Papua. We are Currently looking for candidates as below:
 
1. “PROJECT MANAGER”
Location : Jakarta & Sumatera
Full Description:
As Project Manager you are overall responsible for organising and directing the project team to complete the project. Your main tasks and accountabilities are:
1. Managing a project from set-up to handover and evaluation
2. Safeguarding project complementation on time, within budget and in accordance with contract specifications
3. Setting up a project plan and establishing a project team
4. Preparing and attending progress meetings with clients and/or representatives
5. Approving subcontracts, purchases above a certain nominal value, payments to third parties
6. Able to prepare and monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement, and coordination with all partied involved to ensure work progress smoothly and completed within target time and budget
7. Promoting continuous improvement of project results together with safety & quality standards
8. Compiling the projects’ ’close-out report’

General Qualifications:
1. Male, Age Max 40 Years
2. S-1 Engineering ( Mechanical, Civil) from Refutable University With GPA 2,8
3. Working Experience Minimum 5 Years in Oil and Gas, Project Construction,Piping,Pipeline & Painting
4. Familiar with the work Pipe Line, Fabrikasi, ASMI, API.
5. Excellent in field engineering support service as per mentioned scope of work
6. Able to operate the software of Microsoft (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Poin) and Email
7. Fluent in English, both writing and speaking. Excelence in writing report in english
8. Good team work
9. Hard worker and high motivation
10. Can work under pressure and tight target
11. There will be a bonus program at the end of each project

 
2. “MARKETING MANAGER”
Location : Jakarta
Full Description:
1. Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
2. Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
3. Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
4. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.
5. Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
6. Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
7. Applying culture, systems, and internal company regulations and implement cost management, to ensure the corporate culture and regulatory system and run optimally.

General Qualification:
1. Min S1 Engineering / Accounting with GPA 2,8
2. Male or Female maximum 40 years
3. Experience min. 5 years as a marketing manager for oil and gas and industrial
4. Familiar with the requirements of the tender in the oil and gas companies
5. Able to operate the software of Microsoft (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Poin) and Email
6. Fluent in English, both writing and speaking. Excelence in writing report in english
7. Good team work
8. prepared to work outside normal working hours
9. Hard worker and high motivation
10. Can work under pressure and tight target

3. “AUDITOR”
Location : Jakarta
Full Description:
1. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
2. Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation.
3. Completes audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings
4. Appraises adequacy of internal control systems by completing audit questionnaires.
5. Maintains internal control systems by updating audit programs and questionnaires; recommending new policies and procedures.
6. Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report; discussing findings with auditees.
7. Prepares special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends.
8. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

General Qualification:
1. Min S1 Accounting with GPA 2,8
2. Male or Female maximum 35 years
3. Experience min. 3 years as a Auditor
4. Able to operate the software of Microsoft (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Poin) and Email
5. Fluent in English, both writing and speaking. Excelence in writing report in english
6. Good team work
7. Having strong leadership and people management skills
8. High sense of personal integrity, discretion, initiative and good judgment
9. A team work player with pleasant personality, hard working, energetic, cooperative, self motivated and Independent person
10. There will be a bonus program at the end of each project
