Requirements
S1 majoring in Industrial Engineering / Business Management
Minimum GPA 3.00
Able to analyze and develop the system of remuneration, career, rewards, organization and training
Indonesian Citizen (WNI) with a good health (physically and mentally)
Have a high creativity, and personal integrity
Independent and have a passion to work hard and never give up
Proficiency in oral and written English;
Have a good writteng, communication and computer (Windows, MS Office) skills
Not having a husband / wife who works as an employee or prospective employee of PT Len Industri (Persero);
Willing to sign an affidavit stating:
Willing to not resign for 2 years in accordance with the provisions of the company
