PT Citilink Indonesia - Citilink or commonly known as Citilink Arilines is a low cost carrier (LCC) subsidiary of national flag carrier Garuda Indonesia. Citilink was established as an independent company in 2012 after received the Air Operation Certificate (AOC) from the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. At present, Citilink operates 29 aircraft, including 22 Airbus A320 with a capacity of 180 seats, 6 Boeing 737-300 (148 seats), and 1 Boeing 737-400 (170 seats). Citilink is based in Jakarta and serves 140 flight frequencies daily from its hubs (Jakarta and Surabaya) to several big cities across Indonesia. In 2012, Citilink Indonesia has won various honors such as "Service To Care Award 2012 for Airlines category" from Markplus Insight, "Best Overall Marketing Campaign category in The Budgies and Travel Awards 2012".
